Windows 10: MSN Premium Email

Discus and support MSN Premium Email in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I've spent over an hour trying to renew an expired email service.     I've spent over an hour trying to renew an expired email service. I've changed my card, and have been sent round and round in circles trying to pay for this month expired March 8, no warning and renew. Won't allow renew from subscription page. When I click on RENEW nothing happens. One of the 'helpful' messages says to choose the PAY NOW option. There is no PAY NOW option. No phone number ANYWHERE to talk to a person who can help. Can't find this MSN Premium Email in ANY drop-down box for choice. Instructions to buy again from Microsoft store, but email isn't offered there. VERY FRUSTRATED

    msn premium killed by windows 10 update

    i thought the msn premium technician - level 2, had fixed the msn premium email problems. he took msm premium off computer & put new 11.5 msn premium update on computer. then put sent & recived emails back on computer.

    but today i cant open msn premium emails past or present, unless i right click on the email and then click on open. or double click on email.

    why does windows 10 keep screwing with msn premium email ?

    Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. Are you able to login using Web interface of MSN? Were you using Mail app to access MSN premium mail?
