Windows 10: MSN Weather app doesn't show map or radar choices.

I downloaded MSN Weather app Tuesday of this week. Doing so I was excited by having maps and radar functions available to me. These choices did not do not show as to this date 8/21/2020. I've searched and tried every advice found on i-net, to no avail. Foreca, informed me that, being a software issue, you would need to be the one to assist me. I must admit that without radar information, the remainder of your program could be accessed anywhere on the web.


Your help in addressing this problem would be most appreciated.

Radar or any map not showing in msn weather app

As the title states the radar or any map not showing in msn weather app.

It worked up till now and for some reason it has stopped displaying. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it with same results.

The rest of the app works except for the maps page. This is all I get on that page.



Any solutions?

I am curious if you ever found a resolution for this issue. I too, have this problem, but I might add that one user on my PC "suffers" and the second user does not have this issue. Re-installing the app does not change anything, so this must be a user
specific setting.

If anyone in the community has a suggestion, I would appreciate hearing about it.

MSN weather radar map

I am using the MSN weather app on a Nokia Lumia 635 phone. It used to work good, but now the radar map loops are many hours old. On my PC they are current. Anybody know if this is a phone issue or an app issue? Phone has all updates. Have tried uninstalling/installing
but still have the same issue.
