Windows 10: MSPC Manager showing apps and programs in the Process Management section that are...

Recently, I've been going crazy trying to figure out why I see Microsoft Media Player in the Process Management section in MSPC Manager after I uninstalled it. It's usually a small, insignificant number, no higher than .02 MB; however, it shouldn't be in there. I look now, and Prime Video, which is closed and never used except once, is in there. Microsoft Phone Link, Microsoft Help and Support, Mapps, AcrobatNotificationClient, and XboxApp.exe off which are closed. All of which I've either never used it used it twice. They all show up again within a minute or two after I End Process in MSPC M

MSPC Manager installation failure.

MSPC Manager installation processes have repeatedly failed at 32% on updated Windows 10 Pro, while Defender has been disabled. Is there any solution for it? 

 

Windows Defender stopped working after MSPC manager.

I've lately downloaded MSPC Manager to my PC. At first everything was just fine, but I soon encoutered that my Windows Defender Real-Time security mode is off.
Of course I thought that it's MSPC Manager that's blocking it, because it has built-in Security. But even after uninstalling MSPC Manager I didn't get my settings back. While I try to turn that mode back on, I get a message saying that I have another antimalware service on my PC but I don't have one right now!

I would be extremely thankful if someone ever tries anything. I don't know what to do right now. My PC is not secured at all. While I try to click on the message saying that I don't have Real-Time protection activated, I encouter the following statement: "Your System Administrator has revoke an access to some parts of this app, including the element that you're trying to access. If you want to know more, please contact technical support of your IT-Department." - That message I briefly translated myself, because my system language is not english.

Windows 10 Enterprise edition, 64-bit system, Windows is activated.

Im not sure if the same applies to power supplies cables, as the process involves removing the ends of the cables (the male and female molexes for example).

Im sure someone has done it, but theyr probably hardcore about their cable management. Doing such a sleeving process incorrectly on the PSU's molexes could cause damage to hardware as well as possible personal injury/property damage?
