    MSRT found 10+ errors known last seen screen, log states "no errors found" is this...


    How do you see or look to see what files were infected? Last looked I had 10 infected files, and it was at 2+ hours scanning. The log file states what is below: I did a manual scan not through windows update. Why does it state that? And if I had 10 infected files when last looked why does it state "No infection found"? And I guess, according to the start and finished time states 9 mins.? And it was rolling out last I looked at 2 hours. I am very confused by the results of this can anyone help make sense to me of this? Appreciate anyone that can help! Thank you.Microsoft Windows Malicious

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    • What is the exact error message/ error code of this issue?
    • Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?

    As a workaround, I suggest you to remove all the external devices being connected (except mouse and keyboard), try hard reboot the device and check the status of this issue.

    As you are unable to log-in to the desktop with black screen, I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps provided in the below Microsoft article and check if it helps.
