Windows 10: MsSense.exe tries to connect periodically from workstations to external IP 200.8.195.0/24

We have a firewall blockage against that network segment 200.8.195.0/24 but everyday we sense that many workstations across our network tries repitedly to connect to that site without success.We don't use Defender as security solution, and we've tried to uninstall every service related with Defender as far as we can, even though the MsSense.exe service is still trying to connect eventually.what should we do to shutdown definetively Defender MsSense.exe, or perhaps we should rehabilite the conectivity to that subnet at the firewall level?

New monitor suggestions, £200 budget

So I am getting (hopefully) £200 of amazon vouchers from work for Christmaqs and have decided I want to get a new monitor, my current is a 23" Samsung Syncmaster, I believe it's a TN panel and the res is 2048x1152. It really is starting to get on my nerves as the coloring is not very natural so I am thinking an IPS panel would probably be a lot better quality wise so I am open to some suggestions as I really don't have a clue when it comes to monitors.

Things to note:

• I do not want to go smaller than 24"

• Would prefer 27" if possible for the budget

• If not then perhaps 24" 120hz

• I currently run 2048x 1152 though 1920 x 1080 is fine

• Must come in at or around £200-£250 absolute max

 

Cortana Won't Connect

Method 1: Reset TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

    and hit
    Enter.
    

Exit
Command Prompt
and
monitor your Network Connection.

Method 2:
Reconfigure TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

  Run
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  these following commands:
  
  • 
    netsh int tcp set heuristics
    disabled
    
  • 
    netsh int tcp
    set global autotuninglevel=disabled
    
  • 
    netsh int tcp set global
    rss=enabled

Unable to connect internet in bridge mode in vmware

Configure Networks in Workstation

I would suggest you configure additional networks in VMware's Workstation the following way:

1. Open "Edit" -> "Virtual Network Editor"
   
2. Click on "Change Settings"
   
3. Click "Yes" on UAC
   
4. Click "Add Network"
   
5. Select free VMnet network to be created
   
6. When new network is added select it
   
7. Select "Bridged (connect VMs directly to the external network)"
   
8. Select under "Bridged to" your netowrk adapter which you have connected your host to your network
   
9. Repeat steps 4 to 8 until you have created Bridged networks for all of your hosts NICs
   

Configure your VM NICs setting

Go to "Settings" of your VM and change the Network adapter setting "Network Connection" to "Custom: Specific virtual network" and try with each of the newly created networks if the VM will pick up an IP.

I have found out that the setting to "Bridged: Connected directly to the physical network" in the VM settings, does not always work, as this setting should automatically detect which hosts NIC to use.

With the above creation you can work around that limitation.
Only thing to remember is to change the VM's NIC settings if you move you host's connection. Eg, moving from Wired to WiFi or from Home to Work.

NOTE!

If none of the networks at work will provide you an IP then your company's network is using some authentication protocol on the network which can prohibit IP assignment.
