Windows 10: msteams.exe - imagen incorrecta

Hola, Cada vez que enciendo el portátil o intento abrir teams o chat, me aparecen varios mensajes así y no se como solucionarlo. He visto soluciones donde me recomienda borrar los visuals C++ pero no me aparece nada relacionado en el panel de control ni en aplicaciones.El portátil es nuevo, recién comprado.A ver si me pueden dar alguna solución por favor. Gracias.

How to clear the conversation in MSTEAM chat application?

In MSTEAM->Chat-> Application-> Right now we are seeing the delete option for the request which we are sending but we don't see any delete or clear option for the response which we are getting. Is there a way to clear the entire conversation at once?
