    MSU/wusa.exe Online updates with storage drivers


    When updating an online system with an MSU package that contains storage drivers, will the boot storage device be skipped or updated?

    thanks for your help ---

    when the wusa cmd did not work,. I when to the window update screen and found the update in the list --- I selected the uninstall but the process failed -- I am looking at alternatives

    using wusa,exe command

    I am trying to uninstall an update, so I used the command line stand-along-installer like this '

    wusa /uninstall /KB5003791'

    the only output I got was if I issued

    wusa /?

    what did I miss here? does wusa have to run as adminstrator?

    Windows 10 updates deployments. Installation progress for WUSA unattended installations.

    I am not using WSUS. The inquiry was for standalone install using WUSA to install .msu update package.

    please advise. Thank you.
