Windows 10: MSVCP140.dll

I've been trying to download a game but it keeps telling me my MSVCP140.dll file is missing but I can find the ones up until 2019 I've tried using vc++ but it doesn't do anything, how do I fix this ?

I am getting error message after installing an update that msvcp140.dll is missing. How can i resolve this?
