Windows 10: MSVCP140D.dll

I set up a new dev machine and installed VS2022. I'm debugging an older program that won't launch because it needs MSVCP140D.dll, the debug version of MSVCP140.dll.There's contradictory info out there on how to get this file. Copilot says the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 will provide this debug library, but it doesn't. Other help channels say to install Visual Studio 2019, so I installed it but it didn't provide it.Does anyone actually know how to get MSVCP140D.dll?

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

  Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?

  Aside from downloading and installing the .dll file, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
