    i just purchased this laptop {dell e6410} with windows 10 and Google Play Music Manager is unable to run because it cannot find the file msvcr120.dll. I have searched for all solutions and tried everything.


    I have downloaded


    Microsoft visual c++ 2010 x64 {deleted then reinstalled}
    Microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86

    Microsoft visual c++ 2013 x64

    Microsoft visual c++ 2013 x86

    Microsoft visual c++ 2015 x86

    tried downloading the file and adding it to sysWOW folder



    AND I STILL GET THIS ERROR. Let me ALSO SAY THAT THE FILE ALREADY EXISTS IN System32 FOLDER.


    PLEASE help, I really like using Google play music and this is killing me.

    Hi. After reinstalling Windows 10 free upgrade I keep getting the MSVCR120.dll error. I have checked in the System 32 folder and it is there. I tried to reinstall it but it does not work. Can anyone help as I cannot open email PDF attachments?
