Windows 10: MTP Bluetooth Device error code 10

I am facing problems while connecting Bluetooth dongle. When I try to update driver it shows The best drivers for your device are already installed.

Please suggest me.

"MTP device driver" failed

when i plug in my nokia 5800 via usb cable, it's showing "mtp device driver" failed and in device manager, yellow marked.

and i'm unable to connect to internet using my nokia 5800 usb cable to laptop but when i connect it using bluetooth with my laptop, i have no such error and i can connect to internet withhut problems.

tohugh both via usb and bluetooth, i can connect to pc suite, but via usb, unable to connect to internet and that mtp device error.

any solution?

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.



Try the following steps:


Follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Right on the start icon and click on device manager
  
• 
  Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer,
  
• 
  Now, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Windows 10 is unable to load Android devices as MTP devices

To get better clarity on the issue please do let us know what is the exact error message that you get when you try to connect the device as MTP?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to update the Universal Serial Bus Controller associated and check if it helps.



To uninstall the drivers from device manager follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select Update.
