Windows 10: Multi Monitor Custom Wallpaper Randomly Disappears

Been having this issue for a couple of weeks now, where out of nowhere, one of my four monitor's background custom image will "disappear", and the monitor will be black. If I hit refresh, the image sometimes comes back, but one or more of the other monitors' backgrounds will disappear. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I followed those steps. When right-clicking on the image to select a monitor, I get:

• Set for all monitors
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4

 

Multi-Monitor Wallpaper control

I currently have a triple monitor set up, with two vertical monitors and a horizontal monitor, I want to be able to use slideshow wallpapers for these monitors and use two different folders for the different orientations of monitor. I.E. a slideshow for
the horizontal monitor, and a slideshow for the vertical monitors, but you can only set different wallpapers for each monitor as static, instead of being able to set separate slideshows.

Can we get this feature? Some paid applications allow for it, but they also come packaged with other features which are entirely unnecessary for what I want to do.

 

Multiple wallpapers randomly stop working

So, I have my laptop step up with two external monitors in addition to the laptop screen, and I have set different wallpapers to each of the monitors as well as a custom color scheme. I have saved this look as my "standard" theme. When resuming from sleep
or hibernation, however, at least 25% of the time my monitors will not be in the correct wallpaper and a new, unsaved theme will appear in the personalization menu. And when I click on my saved "standard" theme, the monitors will not return to their assigned
backgrounds. Sometimes just unplugging and replugging the monitors resets the theme, but most times a complete reboot is necessary to get the theme back.

Are there any suggestions to getting this issue fixed? Or is Windows 10 going back to the old Win98/ WinXP rule of just having to reboot every couple of days?
