Hey Everyone, i have a few questions. I used to know a little about PCs, but its been years since i worked on one so im sure im outdated, so i wanted tk ask a few questions in order to verify or confer. Sorry that it is sooooo long, but ive been troubleshooting solo and with game devs and dell themselves and cant find a fix at all.1. I bought a brand new Alienware PC during the 2023 holidays with Windows 11 installed on it the day i got it, which is what it was suppose to have. It's almost the same as Reset.

Naknir, witch one of the following did you use:

• Option One: To Reset Windows 10 at Boot
• Option Two: To Reset Windows 10 from Settings in Windows 10

My suggestion:
- Save all your data on an external disk
- Reboot and enter BIOS. It should have a option to Factory Restore.
