Windows 10: Multi screen display 3 MS Outlook keeps switching screens

Ever since I first set up my 3 monitor display, I've been able to move Outlook to my favored screen In this case my right screen, so I can see my email in periphery while working on other things on my main screen. Outlook would not only remain pinned to that screen, but would actually "remember" that's my favored position, so even if I shut down, when I reopened Outlook it would open on the right hand screen.For some time now, probably after a Windows Update, not only does my Outlook not "remember" to open on the right-hand screen, it constantly moves from screen to screen. I haven't close

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

• Boot your computer in
  safe mode.
• Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
• Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
• Restart your computer.

My screen keep flashing

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
