    Windows won't turn my display off or go to sleep anymore (since 2 weeks or so). I did not change anything and I don't know since when my advanced power option settings don't have the Multimedia stuff anymore...

    I tried to get them back by doing this https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/100615-add-remove-when-playing-video-power-options-windows.html, but it didn't work.

    I want my projector and displays to turn off, damnit...

    I also checked "powercfg /requests" in command promt, but it says there is nothing requesting to powercfg...

    Any suggestions?

    USB settings in Power Plan Options on Windows 10 is missing, how to restore it?

    As per the below suggested steps I am trying to disable the USB in USB selective suspend setting in my Dell laptop with Windows 10 Home. however, I do not find the USB Settings at all in two modes Balanced mode or Dell (Active) mode under change advanced
    power settings. How to restore it?

    USB Selective Suspend Settings, follow the steps below:

    1. Press Windows + X.
    2. Choose Power Options.
    3. Select Choose when to turn off the display.
    4. Open Change advanced power settings.
    5. Expand USB settings and USB selective suspend setting.
    6. Select Enabled (default) or Disabled.
    7. Click Apply, then OK.

    Win 10 tablet - 'Multimedia Settings' are missing from Power Options

    My Win 10 and 7 desktops have same/similar choices when you go into the 'Advanced Settings' under 'Power Options' specifically, there is a 'Multimedia Settings' item where I can tell the machine to stay on when playing video/audio. Neither my cheapo Win
    10 Asus tablet or my not-at-all-cheapo Win 10 Surface Pro 3 have the 'Multimedia Settings' item in that menu list, both have 'Battery' as the final item.

    All I want to be able to do is either stream internet audio or play audio (VLC for both) and not have to manually wake the machine up every 5 minutes without having to create a Power Plan that just leaves EVERYTHING on forever that I have to switch to.
    I want it work like the desktop does where, if any media is playing, no hibernation/sleep.
