Windows 10: Multiplayer Game Crashes at launch

Games like Rust, Fortnite, Sea of Thieves, or any multiplayer games i try to play crashes at launch leaving me with either a black screen or a frozen screen of the games. Teredo is unable to qualify blocking multiplayer games

In setting under gaming, I can't setup Live multiplayer. I get Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games. Server connectivity BLOCKED.

I think I have checked all the fixes xbox suggests to be checked.

Forza Horizon 3 Crash on Gameplay
