Windows 10: Multiple addresses belonging to my ex are listed in my authenticator app! Please help!

My ex is very IT savvy, he's worked with MS all his career and holds a very technical job and is MS certified to the eyeballs...I left him a year ago and I've been the target of so much hacking.. my router, my CAR with a tracker he fitted all my online accounts.. to the point where I got the police involved.I'm not technical myself, I've done my fair share of digging and have found different ips associated with different accounts but that's about as far as it goes.. I don't know what I'm looking for tbh!!But tonight I've logged in to my authenticator app and under the addresses tab there are

Multiple Contact Lists attributed to same email address in Outlook

On Contacts page in Outlook, two contacts lists exist with the same email address. One shows name on the top line, the other shows email address. Contact lists are similar but not the same. How can we merge the contact lists into one and eliminate duplicates?
