Multiple Blue Screen Errors/Crashes on a BRAND NEW HP Workstation W10 PRO


This is on a BRAND NEW HP ELITEDESK 800 G4 WORKSTATION WIN 10 PRO

On Boot up - after successful Microsoft logon screen:
* KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - ipeaklsf.sys

After RE-BOOT UP (after initial blue screen freeze) - EVERY HOUR OR SO:
* SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - fwpkclnt.sys


There have been several other blue screen errors/freezes on this BRAND NEW HP WORKSTATION that I've not noted.


In the Windows Update History it has installed:

* 2018-09 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based systems (KB4100347)

* Update for Adobe Flash Player for Win 10 Version 1803 for x64-based systems (KB4462930)

* 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based systems (KB4023057)

* 2018-11 Security update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 version 1803 for x61-based systems (KB4477029)


Apps installed: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop | Lightroom | Illustrator | Dreamweaver etc), Microsoft Office 365.


Whilst I purchased a HP support pack, that I've not yet invoked, I am aware from googling these issues that MS seems to blame HP and HP seems to blame MS - which does not inspire confidence so therefore I am thinking it best to return this workstation to HP on Monday for a full refund as being not fit for purpose.

From a very frazzled small business owner who foolishly thought a new HP Workstation would improve workflow - IT CERTAINLY HAS NOT!

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day

• could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
