Windows 10: Multiple BSOD and crashes after a system upgrade. Looking for a cause

Hello, I recently updated my computer, new MoBo, Graphics card, memory, the works new specs at bottom - both CPU and MoBo are 2nd hand. Only the Case and Hard drives are the same although I did add an additional M.2 drive. After the upgrade my Windows 10 computer has been intermittently dropping connections with a couple of BSOD errors, mostly getting Machine_Check_Exception and Clock_Watchdog_Timeout Errors. When i investigated these errors it looks like the issues for each of them are basically: either a hardware problem, or a bad driver but no more clarity. I tried to update all the d

Please remove Google Chrome as a test, it lately causes crashes for some people.

Because you have upgraded from windows 7 it is important to check the system files for corruption, missing files or other problems.
Please do the following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

BSOD when coming out of sleep, multiple error codes

Thanks for the assistance, I've run all the necessary steps. It looks like there might be an issue found when running that first command. I have also installed all the driver updates recommended by the dell support check.
