    Multiple BSOD crashes this month and black screens while starting


    I have had multiple BSODs this month. Sometimes I get a black screen while starting from hibernation. Log info attached. Recently reinstalled NVIDIA Drivers. Installed RealTek Audio drivers 2 or 3 days ago so I get stereo sound again (no surround!) SFC doesn't find any issues.

    Windows 10 - Video_TDR_Failure (NVLDDMKM.SYS)

    I use windows 10 since 5 month whenever I updating my pc I am having regular BSOD Crashes where the following error message appears

    VIDEO TDR FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys)

    In an attempt to troubleshoot this I have follow the below steps.

    1. While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.

    2. If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab

    but LockAppHost.exe on find in details

    DOTA2 Crash

    my build is windows 10 1703 build 15063

    i think an update in this month or earlier cause this crash

    it go BSOD while the game start
