    Multiple BSOD ocurring every two days.


    Hello,


    I've had BSOD fairly regularly since I build this PC. However, over the last few weeks, I've had multiple of them randomly occurring every two days or so.

    The errors I've had change, but these are the last ones I've had, in order of last to first:


    -SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Feb 9th Last BSOD
    What failed: afd.sys


    -DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Feb 7th

    What failed: mwac.sys


    -KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE Feb 5th


    -KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Feb 2nd


    -KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE Unknown Date


    -SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Unknown Date


    -IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Jan 30th


    -KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Jan 20th


    -IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Dec 10th


    It is worth noting on December 2nd I reinstalled Windows after the Boot device was erased or corrupted after using Driver Booster to try and fix the Dec 1st BSOD.


    -KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE Dec 1st


    -SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Oct 29th


    -APC_INDEX_MISMATCH Oct 10th


    -MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Oct 5th


    -NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS Oct 5th First BSOD

    OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

    System Model: B450 AORUS PRO WIFI

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X

    BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. F51, 7/29/2020

    Installed Physical Memory RAM: 16.0gb

    Graphics Card: NVIDIA 1660 Super

    Various BSOD Errors Help

    Hey all,

    I've received multiple BSOD errors the past 2 days after rebuilding my PC. I've been trying to figure out the issue.

    These are the few BSOD messages I remember seeing:

    • DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (multiple times)
    • CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (one time)
    • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (one time)
    • WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (multiple times)

    Steps I've taken:

    • fully updated drivers
    • applied all Windows updates
    • Removed unnecessary hardware
    • Monitored CPU/GPU temps (log file on temps during last crash in share)
    Any help would be appreciated.

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSODs, accompanied by occasional app crashes/GPUTDR.

    The relevant Parameter appears to be 0x41284 which means, A PTE or the working set list is corrupted, which in itself means nothing to most of us poor Windows users. I still wonder if this is not just bad RAM?

    Is it possible to remove one stick of RAM for testing purposes and then test all sticks one at a time (that's is you have multiple sticks of RAM, otherwise it is a daft suggestion on my part).

    [SOLVED] Multiple random BSODs, all pointing to the kernel


    No BSODs yet but I haven't been playing World of Warcraft which I suspect to be a possible cause.

    Was the driver verifier step necessary or just a suggestion?
