Windows 10: Multiple BSOD Recently Today it BSOD'd 10 times. . Windows 11 Pro

Hello!Recently my PC started bluescreening. It bluescreened 10 times just today, and prior to that, a couple of days ago once.It started after windows installed a problematic? update. "Windows 11, version 22H2". This update did not install properly, I had to use system diagnostics to get it installed. It asked for a restart, but doing a restart did not activate the "Updating" part. After this was installed- one day later while playing a game, my game BSOD'd. Multiple BSODs after Windows 11 Installation

After installing Windows 11, I get multiple BSODs each time it tries to boots (logo phase).

I have Windows 10 alongside with it, it is working without any problem.

I installed it bypassing TPM and Secure boot because my PC doesn't support it, since it's an old laptop.

Specifications:

• Asus ROG G74SX
  
• CPU: i7-2670qm (8x2.2ghz)
  
• GPU: GTX 560M
  
• MEM: 2x8GB + 2x2GB DDR3 (1333MHz)
  
• SSD: Kingston 240GB
  
• HDD: Hitachi 700GB
  

So far, these are all the BSODs I tracked:

• SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
  
• KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION
  
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  
• Kernel Security Check Failure
  
• FAT FILE SYSTEM
  

 

Multiple BSOD errors started recently


Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please update your BIOS to version 1402

If this doesn't help, I would suggest to clean reinstall the display drivers
Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
