Multiple BSODs in tcpip.sys always at the same address

For a few days maybe weeks? I have been getting BSODs from tcpip.sys.It happens every few hours.I haven't found any pattern on when it happens so I can't really tell what cause it has.According to BlueScreenView they always happen at the same address tcpip.sys+131f20 and they always have the same bug check code CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION.I guess the usual suspect would be antivirus software: I have Malwarebytes installed but only the free version meaning that it isn't actively running on my pc.Apparently tcpip.sys is related to internet/networking which is why I want to mention that I

  2. Getting Critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys) BSOD on Windows 10 computer

    Old title: critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)

    Hi,

I keeping getting a random BSOD with "critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)" as the reason. I then have to wait approximately 10 seconds during which time Microsoft are collecting information about the error. This seemed to be introduced after the last
Windows update Tuesday. I couldn't find the cause so did a system restore and all was fine again until the following morning when Microsoft automatically installed the updates again. A rollback doesn't fix the problem now.

When are Microsoft going to fix it for me?

I have got an old-ish motherboard who's latest BIOS update was 2010 so I can't help but think this may be the reason. I've tried everything else.

    Any ideas?

  3. BSOD

    Hi Ananya,

Base on the 3 dump files that you shared the main cause of your BSOD is a memory failure (ntkrnlmp.exe) and a driver problem (tcpip.sys)

To address this error you can do the steps indicated in the link below to troubleshoot it.

    Hope it helps.

    Multiple addresses for emails

    Hi,

Regarding on how to set up address book for multiple address, as of now there is no option for it. However, you can use the Mail and People app together. To do that, you may refer to this
thread and follow the steps provided by RobWalz.

Let us know if you require further assistance.
