Windows 10: Multiple BSOD's of varying error codes. 3b, ef

I've been having weird BSOD's over the past few weeks, been trying to troubleshoot on my own but clearly too stupid to understand the walls of text that are dump files, and lacking technical knowhow to do anything with what little I can figure out.I have 3 drives total, C drive and E drive are SSD's, with C being my OS driveD drive is my sole hard drivePeriodically my C drive will shoot up to 100% active time, bringing my computer to a grinding halt, and usually, but not always, shortly blue screening in under a minute from the start of the spike in drive usage. BSOD when coming out of sleep, multiple error codes

Thanks for the assistance, I've run all the necessary steps. It looks like there might be an issue found when running that first command. I have also installed all the driver updates recommended by the dell support check.

You can find the logs of the command prompt window in the cmd.log file

Regular crashing, Varying error codes.

The Bugcheck codes are varying from 3B to 124 which probably indicate a problem with the hardware.

I see a Processor cache error in one of the dumps.

Do a Prime95 test:

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW
