Windows 10: Multiple bugs and glitches out of the blue. Any explanations?

My keyboard and mouse have completely new batteries but are completely unresponsive. For some reason it shows me and error when I shut it down, and about 10 minutes after the shutdown it displays this weird glitchy mess for a minute and begins responding again booting up like normal. Anybody have an explanation? Another additional problem is internet networks will not even show up anymore I think it might just be the router or adapter. I'm lost on this, and scared that my hardware is damaged.

blue screen multiple times all differrent codes

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• When did the issue start?
• What error messages are you getting when the blue screen error occurs?
• Are you using a specific program whenever the issue happens?
• What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?
• Have you installed the latest updates for Windows 10?
• What is the current OS Build of your Windows 10 device? Click the

  About your PC, press Enter, and then scroll down to
  Windows specifications to find this information.
