    Multiple Chromium Edge Shortcuts in start menu.


    I'm trying to make better use of the start menu, and I'd like to pin the new microsoft edge to it. I have two edge profiles, a personal and a school profile. I want to have two shortcuts to edge in start, each one opening a different one of my profiles. I was able to do this with desktop shortcuts, but they don't translate when I right click the shortcut on the desktop and add to start. I get this, which doesn't do anything when clicked.     Attempting to remove EDGE from the Start menu alphabetical listing

    The shortcut is not listed in the start menu folders...

    And I'm surprised you see Edge at all if you've done as suggested..

    Where is the Microsoft Edge's Start Menu shortcut located?

    Hi, UWP apps don't place shortcuts in the start menu folders in the same way as traditional desktop exe/dll programs do.

    You can create a shortcut to Edge- I use Open shell as my start menu- so if I rt click the Edge icon in the Apps list, I get an option to create a shortcut- and place it on the desktop.

    Uninstalling Chromium ?

    • Download the Chromium exe from the download site.(Download Chromium)
    • Double click the exe in your downloads folder.
    • Uninstall.
    OR

    • Go to C:/Program Files.
    • Delete the Chromium folder.
    • Go to C:/Program Files(x86).
    • Delete the Chromium folder.
    • Click on Start -> Run..
    • Type %AppData%
    • Delete the Chromium folder.
    • Type %LocalAppData%
    • Delete the Chromium folder.
    • Delete The Shortcut.
