Windows 10: Multiple connecting issues

I'm not sure what the problem is but every now and then when I start up my pc I get all these issues together. Other times on start up everything is fine.


Some of the issues I have found are:


-Can't move chrome tabs to a separate window

-Can't click on any windows when hovering over the task bar, for any application with multiple windows

-Can't play songs on spotify

-Playing a video causes a big box to show up in the corner of my screen, the same box that appears when you play music from spotify, although that fades but the video box stays.

-Watching movies on netflix the bar at the bottom doesn't fade away.



There are even more issues that I can't seem to remember for now, but whenever there is one issue all the rest are there. If It starts up fine then I have no issues. I don't know if this is a chrome issue, or what but I've searched for ages online for a solution and haven't found anything specific enough to work. Any help would be appreciated, whilst it's not a huge issue, there are just so many at once and it can be a real pain.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

WiFi connection

A quick question before we proceed:

Are you experiencing the same issue with other devices too?

If you are able to connect to other device, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

    Toggle Wi-Fi
    
  • 
    Forget/reconnect to Wi-Fi access point
    
  • 
    tested multiple access points and different locations

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
