Windows 10: Multiple errors for FXSUI.dll and FXSTIFF.dll: The procedure entry point could not be...

Hello,Brand new machine a fresh copy of Windows 11 Enterprise installed.Sometimes when powering it on, I get the following errors as soon as I log in:The procedure entry point __CxxFrameHandler4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\FXSUI.dll The procedure entry point GetTempPath2W could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\FXSTIFF.dllI hit ok and they repeat 3-4 times before disappearing. It doesn't happen at every single boot. I already ran sfc /scannow and there are no issues found.What could be

Multiple Entry Points Not Found

Since the last major Win 10 update, I get multiple error messages stating that entry points in various dll's are not found every time I boot up. Sometimes there are only three messages, other times there are four, all from this list:

All Dynamic Link Libraries were found where they were expected to be.

#1 The procedure entry point strncpy_s could not be located in the

Dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Comdlg32.dll

#2 The procedure entry point _itoa_s could not be located in the

Dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\combase.dll

#3 The procedure entry point _ftol2 could not be located in the

Dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\WINSPOOL.DRV

# 4 The procedure entry point memcpy_s could not be located in the

Dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\shcore.dll

# 5 The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the

Dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\OLE32.dll

SFC scan found no problems. Driver Talent found no problems.

 

Get error "the procedure entry point setdefaultdlldirectories could not be located kernel32.dll"

and way to resolve is Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2533623) , but i can't

how can i do?

The Procedure Entry Point DeviceEventWorker not Found in library DLL C:\ProgramData\Windows\Profile\service.exe

Since yesterday I have received multiple times the error

The Procedure Entry Point DeviceEventWorker not Found in library DLL C:\ProgramData\Windows\Profile\service.exe

After the confirmation of the popup window I get the message COM Surrogate stopped

What can be the cause of the problem?
