Windows 10: Multiple errors occured at the same time.

There was an error that occured yesterday where it showed me a blue screen and said to go to https://www.windows.com/stopcode/ and the error was "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" then I did some of the steps since I can't even log in my pin because it kept on doing that. Since it was night time, I just shut my laptop down and go to sleep. I woke up around 4 when I couldn't sleep any longer due to my worries on how to fix this. After I opened my laptop, it said that "Something happened and your pin isn't available." So I did what I saw from Louie_101 in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/f

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day

• could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

when i rebuild bcd,run bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup,An error occurred

an ERROR IS The storage export operation has failed and the system cannot find the specified FILE

because when laptop startup,screen display Not connected or unable to access the required device
Error code 0Xc000000e

but，i run bcdedit /export d:\bcdbackup,The screen shows that the operation was successful

I run these commands step by step

1.bootrec /fixmbr

2.bootrec /fixboot

3.bootsect /nt60 sys

4.bootrec /fixboot

5.bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup

6.attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s

7.ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old

8.bootrec /rebuildbcd

An error occurred in the fifth step

i use diskpart and list volume

Disk C is only 260M, Disk H is the system disk, Disk D is a removable disk

so What command should I enter in the fifth step
