Windows 10: Multiple Failed Attempts to Register for Windows/Xbox Partner Program

I’ve attempted to sign up for the Windows and Xbox Partner/Developer program and was prompted the following message: “Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: 715-123225 and transaction ID: 56e84758-b579-4cda-8845-1ad4abb71bba.Correlation ID: 52fc89a9-7319-4e82-b35b-51374acbf503” So, I contacted support, got transferred 3 times and recommended other support before they told me to come here.

Windows 10 Updates fails to install even after multiple attempts.

Checking for updates after following the steps, Will inform on the progress of the update process and whether this solves it or nope. Thank you for the suggestion.

The Trick didn't work.





The Security Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3074681) which was available, failed to install. And the same story again..

 

Microsoft Partner Center: Can't enroll into Windows and Xbox program

I've got a developer account at Microsoft Partner Center.

And I was trying to enroll into Windows and Xbox program and got an error 'Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program and your account is in suspended status.'

Creating service ticket in 'Help+support' section (of Microsoft Partner Center) is disabled,

probably because it requires a Workspace and I've got none available in my dashboard.

How do I reach Microsoft Partner Center support to reactivate / unsuspend my dev account ?
