  1. Multiple important executables are suspended under Resource Monitor!!!

Ive been wondering why whst is osrt of the cire of the IS such as SearchUI.exe, aka Cortana, ShellExperienceHost exe, aka tasbar, task tray and other features like the app store and such work like they're drunk because the are suspended and ehen i right click hit resune, it asks: am i sure, resuming a process susoesusp by domesom else might result in dystes indtability. Im the only humsn who uses yhis pc pt home here. I hit ok snd the orograms oont even resume for hslf a second as if i have done nothing. Also SystemSettings.exe, BackgroundTaskHist.exe, SkpeBackgroundHost.exe, Microsoft.Photos.exe are also like this. And on the very bottom of the Resource Monitor are 2 svchost.exe's that are terminated along with GoogleUpdate.exe. but the terminated origrams randomly are there in terminated status or they go back to being active and running. From what ive reseached his is a widesoread Win10 issue that billions of peoelp are and have been having since 10 came out! And that these issues are do to Win 10 updates which my pc has very recently undergone, but i was experiencing these issues before thenupdates, so ummmmmm...WTH????!!!

    :)

  2. Windows move about on multiple monitor wake up

    Hi Gareth,

The issue is most likely with the graphics driver. Whenever a single monitor from a multiple display setup in Windows, it will attempt to move everything from that screen onto the remaining screens. Usually, this issue should not occur when suspending, hibernating,
or shutting down. Having said that, we suggest that you update the graphics driver by following the steps on this link:

    Update drivers in Windows 10
    .

In case that the issue persists after following the steps on the link above, we suggest that you update the graphics driver by going to the chipset manufacturer's website.

Let us know how it goes.

  3. i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

    Hi Ron,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    • What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
    • How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
I suggest you to follow the steps from this article below:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows-8/how-connect-multiple-monitors

[Applies to Windows 10 as well]

    Regards.

Multiple important executables are suspended under Resource Monitor!!!

Resource monitor Filtered by ShellExperienceHost.exe ?!?

    Still completely baffled here.

I see in the CPU windows that skypehost is suspended, but I don't have skype running and have even rebooted.

I know how to suspend, but I have not suspended anything and nothing is UNsuspendable.
    When I try, I get

Multiple important executables are suspended under Resource Monitor!!! [IMG]

which IMPLIES there is another user logged in, but I am the only user.

Attempting to resume, has no effect. Did I mention I even rebooted?

UPDATE: I rebooted again. I still have the strangeness about starting with suspended processes, but the "filter" seems to have cleared itself. I can see the tasks in the other windows.

Ah, well, filter self-clearing was the solution in this thread, switching to the keystroke response problem in my other post.
