Multiple instances of App in 'Get notifications from these senders'

    Hello dear Users,

I have installed an App from ASRock for configuring the fan control in my system (ATuning.exe). The App has an Autostart function, because it is updating/refreshing the fan control settings after every restart of the system (or login of a user). When restarting (or login) there was this annoying Notification popup with sound, so I deactivated the sound in the settings of the respective instance in 'Get notifications from these senders'.

After a restart, the popup with sound happened again. In the Notification settings there was the "old" instance with the deactivated sound AND a new one with untouched settings and sound activated. This time I deactivated the whole App with the slider next to it. Next restart: it happend again with popup and sound. This time there were three instances visible, the one with deactivated sound, the one completely deactivated and one fresh, new with everything activated. I restarted again several times and after every restart there was one more fresh instance visible.

I found this post in the forum and deleted all of the instances via SQL. This was really helpful, but every time restarting, there is a new fresh instance. So unfortunately this is not the solution for my problem.

Obviously the Notification center doesn't recognize the App and makes a new instance for it after every restart or login. Is this a problem of the new Notification system within Windows 10 1607 or is this a problem within the ASRock Tuning App? I'm not sure what I can do to solve this problem.

I would be glad for any help.
    Thank you in advance.

    :)

Seem Microsoft does not want to address the issue that is been there since Windows 10 release,

It seems Asrock Atuning and its other application App Shop 10.0.0.28 just keep multiplying every time you restart your computer all the suggests of deleting toast in the registry is a complete failure and there also seem to be a issue with removing uninstall
    links too.

Microsoft Programmers need to get its act together instead of worrying about next Pre release build for testers and start address installation and uninstall issues of applications, security of the network features of Windows 10 and get rid of these dam pop
up ads that constantly tick the end user off.

Internet explorer does not seem to be able to ensure pop ups are blocked from companies like online news papers which are the worst offenders for these pop ups and then comes computer companies pushing their ads upon end users do not want to see them when
web browsing, watching a video or reading up on important security information about computer virus or wanting to down load update for these system.

End Users should be allow to total block all third party ads pop ups swamping the internet.

I have also been having this issue for a long time now. I have currently accumulated over 100 instances of ATuning.exe, it's kind of ridiculous. I tried looking up answers but all I find are your posts asking about this and no answers. Have you found any
solution yet? Currently on build 15048.0

I've come across this post looking for a solution to this exact same issue with A-Tuning.

    Has anyone any advise?
