Windows 10: Multiple IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

Hi. Iv had this problem for almost year now. I keep getting constant BSODs. Mostly IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL from ntoskrnl.exe. Iv asked help countless times from countless different websites, even got help from Windows engineer and it didn't help. (He said that you cant figure my problem from dump files etc.) Iv tried everything except well, getting new hardware which I currently don't have money to do (i'm a student who owns a car). Iv also read probably all the other TF posts about my problem.

My problems started when my new build was finished. I got a deal with FX8350 and ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 motherboard. (Bios is the newest version)
I know about the phase things and how its not the best mobo for the processor but I got it in a deal and can't afford a new one. I have decent 8gb RAM, which I have Memtested many times (once over 24h) without errors. That has ruled out my memory (I still sometimes got Non_paged_area bsods). I have tried running verifier and sometimes it finds bad drivers, mostly from Nvidia or Logitech and then I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled everything new from the website. I don't have Nvidia Experience anymore since it always caused problems. Same goes for Logitech gaming software. I sometimes got lots of USB errors, not anymore though.

I have installed and uninstalled my windows 5 times. Last time I accidentally wiped all of my HDD (goodbye family pictures and homevideos, yes im stupid) and that helped a lot. Now im only getting IRQL bluescreens and little bit less frequently. Still frequently, daily basis. I have gotten used to it and have not tried to fix it now that its more stable in fear of making it unstable again. But the bsods are still daily. I mostly get them on startup or after using the computer for a while. Before the whole HDD wipe I had constant different BSODs in middle of gaming sessions and it was more infuriating.
I have uploaded some of my older minidumps to my Google Drive along with the new ones. I have also WhoCrashed report in .txt file. Older minidumps+memory.dmp are in zip. New ones are rar.

Tl;Dr:
Memtest: No problems, Bios: latest, Verifier: no problems, BlueScreenViewer/WhoCrashed: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe, Fresh Install of Windows: 5 times, from 2 different usbs. EventViewer: No info, just informs about sudden restart. SFC: No integrity violations, CHKDSK: no errors, Heating issue? Never goes above 60*C, 5 fans in case+processor with 3rd party cooler, Switched HDD once, Switched RAM once.

BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED

last week i made some hardware changes to my laptop (lenovo z70-80). I installed a new ssd and upgraded my 4gb RAM to 16 gb RAM . The next day i experienced some BSOD errors (only at a cold startup, after the reboot of the system everything works just fine).
Most commonly the cause of BSOD was SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED and just lately the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I post the info from the last BSOD as got from blue screen viewer :
