Windows 10: MULTIPLE ISSUES:. 1Drives's a DISASTER ... ACCTS./ PW, ETC...

EVERY day new problems [today 1 hr to find were 2 post new q.DELL LT inspiron win10 u-t-d; avast av1. Win 10. got a neuromusc issue causes un coordination. the keyboard failed b4 finding remote / onscreen kb, may've moved a lot of files / folders to various locations. A dell tech came 2 replace kb didn't reset time more issues. I could search [with hidden files] to look for files and compare.Then I allowed windoz sync which finalized the disaster.I hope I can post screenshot if not, briefly: FILE XPLORER opens with MANY more files - 1drive contains dells dropbox [thought i'd discontinued] whi

Trying to delete work acct, forgot pw then told acct does not exist

I cannot install outlook on my phone and I think it is because I supposedly have a work acct and a personal acct with the same email address. However, when I follow instructions to remove work acct, I have a problem when I do the "connect" it does not
recognize my pw. I do reset and it tells me no such account. My phone says my pw is incorrect no matter what I put in . I just got a new phone but this didn't help at all.

 

unable to log into Microsoft acct.

I am unable to log into MS acct. I have changed PW several times and whenever I try to log in, it says unable to log in at this time try later. For some reason, there was a "generic" acct added to my site and I have deleted that acct. I created a new
acct, and would like for that acct to become my default however it continues to default to the acct I cant access..It indicates my ATT. acct needs attention.

this is driving me nuts!! if you have any suggestions, please help..

My mispelledmail acct

one of my e mail addresses is misspelled, but is one of those accts that pops up when I go to log in to an e mail acct. How do I remove this misspelled acct from this list of accts that pop up as suggestions when I begin typing in the email acct I want.
