Windows 10: MULTIPLE ISSUES mostly programs crashing on launch

1. My Forza horizon 5 crashes right after the log in screen2. The Windows search bar on the task bar closes after loading for about 5 seconds3. The same thing happens to the settings app-----------------------------------------I've tried sfc /scan now though it says it found corrupted files and was unable to fix some of themI've tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth though it gets stuck at 62.3% every timeI've tried windows update assistant though it got stuck a 99% for around 16hoursI've used the McAfee PC optimizer to fix any registry issues/remove any junk filesI've got no viruse

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.

Method 1.

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the app which are crashing and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Control Panel.
  
• Click on Programs and features, locate for the programs and
  uninstall it.

If the issue still persist, try the below method.

Method 2.

I suggest you to run System maintenance troubleshooter
and check if this helps.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting on the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view all and click on
  System maintenance.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the System maintenance dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).

  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
