Windows 10: multiple issues on my laptop that I can't seem to fix.

Discus and support multiple issues on my laptop that I can't seem to fix. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am on an Asus ROG strix laptop that is about 1 and a half years old.     I am on an Asus ROG strix laptop that is about 1 and a half years old. I used to experience a few crashes a while back which weirdly seemed to go away. However in the last few weeks a couple problems have appeared and I am not sure what more I can do to try and fix them. I have done full virus scans with multiple antiviruses so i don't believe it is a malware issue.1. high temperatures: my laptop is sitting at around 70 degrees c when barely anything is open. After trying many different things yesterday is randomly went back to functioning normally sitting at around 45 degrees with nothing op

    Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

    Hi,

    I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

    • Windows search bar doesn't work
    • Shop app won't open
    • Won't allow me to change location settings
    • Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

    Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
