Windows 10: Multiple issues regarding my Acer Nitro 5

Hello, I am beyond frustrated right now and a bit stumped. I have a Acer Nitro 5 laptop and it’s been behaving really bad and I don’t know why.At first it started off with freezing on the loading screen and as soon as I log in and now those problems progressed and it’s performance has gotten worse.Here are the list of issues I’m facing with my computer:- freezing, as soon as I log in. On the loading screen, and even when I’m using my computer like on google or something- loud beeps coming from computer.- my computer does not turn on without its charger plugged in and it stays at 89 percent.- o

Realtek Audio Console on Acer Nitro 5

Hello all. I recently noticed that my Acer Nitro 5 was no longer detecting any headset devices and I am unable to get any input via the mic (and have also borrowed other headsets from the original one I had, all of which have the single 3.5mm jack which
works with the Acer Nitro 5's single audio input). I am also only getting this when I pull up the Realtek Audio Console:



What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

 

Acer Nitro 5 Camera not detected

Hello, where can I download a windows 10 generic camera driver? Because for some strange reason, windows deemed it necessary to delete my acer nitro 5 webcam driver. And before you tell me all your "fixes" don't, I've tried everything except resort back to my previous version of windows, which I don't want to do. SO can someone link a backup acer nitro 5 camera driver? thanks

Hi TN. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.

Go into BIOS/UEFI Setup to see if you can set the onboard chip to default. You can power on while pressing the Acer F1 or ESC key. Older models may use F2. This may be listed on the BIOS splash screen.

If you don't get a display for the BIOS even, then I'd reinstall the Nvidia card and properly disable it in BIOS setup before removing it this time.
