Windows 10: Multiple issues with Clipboard, Start menu search, screen background, and settings menu search

I'm not sure what caused these issues, but my Windows 11 install seems to be going crazy. I can't quick search for apps by typing in the first few letters in the start menu search bar. I also can't set my background to a picture. I also can't store anything on the clipboard. Finally the search menu in the Windows settings app doesn't produce any results. Any way these could all be related?

There are still 3 remaining troubleshooting steps you can use to resolve this issue. Follow any of the methods below:

• Rebuild the search index in Windows 10.
  • Type Indexing Options.
  • Click Advanced.
  • Click Rebuild, then OK.
    
  • Wait until the process is complete.
• Troubleshoot problems opening the Start menu or Cortana.
• If the two troubleshooting steps still didn't resolve your issue, we recommend that you use
  System Restore to a certain point that
  Search and Start menu is still properly working.

If all else fails, you might need to do a clean install of Windows 10.

Start Menu Search

Hi, Yes. I tried changing my primary SSD from MBR to GPT via Ease Us Partition Tool. All my other drives besides the main successfully converted but not my primary disk. When the application was trying to convert the disk I received a Kernal In Page Error.
