Windows 10: Multiple issues with crashing and Task Manager after reinstalling Windows 11

Recently, I reinstalled Windows 11 due to a virus on my system.After reformatting my drive and reinstalling it, it ran normally. However, after the first few hours of prolonged use, crashes started happening whenever I loaded up a game or put my CPU under load. Sometimes it crashed with a BSOD and the error code of "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal". Sometimes it crashed without a BSOD at all!Task manager also shows that my CPU is at a very high frequency even when Idling or after restart. Ryzen Master shows a much lower frequency at the same time.I have attempted a clean boot, done a memory chec

Task Manager keeps crashing after multiple re-installs of windows

Task Manager keeps crashing it's kept doing it after multiple re-installs of windows I used to look at the graph to see the % of CPU usage i'm using but it stalls and then i click x and it freezes and windows explorer crashes for like 45 seconds before it
closes and its annoying is there anyway to fix this?

I've tried the steps below :

sfc /scannow - didn't resolve the issue

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer" /v "DesktopProcess" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" /v "SeparateProcess" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

In a attempt to separate windows task manager from windows explorer but still the issue is encountered.

 

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
