Windows 10: multiple issues with windows 10 after the latest update

ever sins updating Windows about 1 or 2 weeks ago I keep running into multiple issues.

cpu is constantly on 100 percent after launch.

the following commands do solve the issue but I don't want to constantly have to run them.

>PowerCfg /SETACVALUEINDEX SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR IDLEDISABLE 000>PowerCfg /SETACTIVE SCHEME_CURRENT


the second issue is that my desktop is constantly changing brightness which is just annoying the **** outa me

all I could find is that I would have to change the power settings but afcourse that is something that windows won't save.

every time I change the power settings from ultimate to balanced windows just **** me over and changes it back.

ms customer support wasn't able to help me either cause all that guy could come up with was changing the power settings.


and ofcourse microsoft being microsoft you can't just make a support ticket durring the weekend. no you need to call them which wasn't helpfull took me an hour to not get any further. or wait till monday to use the assistence request.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
