    Multiple Microsoft accounts on my PC on my name


    I appear to have multiple accounts on my PC for Microsoft. One is an old school Work account that the PC tries sometimes to use with Outlook when I want to share a document. And - furthermore - I have the impression that there are two Microsoft accounts One of which is an Office365, connected to my e-mail name. The OneDrives confuse me nearly every day. When I goto OFFICE365 online on the web it shows me the 365 environment, But the Explorer on my PC is confusing, aswell as "Documents" on My Computer, aswell as the OneDrive listed in de the PC Explorer. I never know where things end

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Ok, let's review.
    • Your Microsoft account aliases do not have the len address listed.
    • Your Microsoft account name online is correct.
    • You have a local account on the PC with the len address shown under "Your info".

    I'm pretty sure you are signed in to an app with the len address, and is why you are seeing this.

    As a test, click on the "Stop signing in to all Microsoft apps automatically" link below to see if that may remove it.

    Hello,



    Welcome to Microsoft Community. I will certainly help you with the issue that you are facing.

    I would like to ask you:

    • Is your PC connected to a domain?
    • What all troubleshooting steps have you tried?

    Since you have tried to change the name online as well, try to convert your account to a Local account from Microsoft account and then revert it to Microsoft Account.

    • Open Start and go to Settings.
    • Go to User Accounts.
    • Disconnect from Microsoft Account.

    Restart the PC and follow the same steps to connect to a Microsoft Account.
