  2. @zbook I performed a clean boot but I'm not sure how to analyze the boot. Is there a utility installed that can do this for me?

    For clean boot:
How are the boots? Are they faster, slower, or the same?
How are shutdowns? Are they faster, slower, or the same?
How are hangs, freezing? Are they more frequent, less, frequent, or the same?
How is audio and video performance? Better, worse, same?

It was only slightly faster. I think I'm going to perform a clean install as suggested above. I really appreciate everyone's help and I will update the thread if everything starts working fine. *Smile
