Multiple "One Note Icons" showing up in Print devices

I have a Toshiba A505 laptop with Win 10 and for some strange reason when I need to print something, along with my designated printer it lists "ONE NOTE FOR WINDOWS" multiple times in my print window as a choice. What is this and where did it come from and why is there so many replications for something I've never used.

    :)

    Multiple Icons For My Printer {was: multiple}

Where are these icons? Are they all in Devices and Printers?

    How many is multiple?

You have multi-function device. Some of the icons may be for the scanner functionality of your device.

How is the printer connected to your computer? If it is connected by USB, do you often disconnect it and when you re-connect it perhaps use a different USB port?

    1. Right-click on one of the icons and select "Printer properties."
    2. Select the "Ports" tab
    3. What is shown in the "Port" column on the line that is checked and highlighted? You may have to click and drag on the faint vertical line in the header row in order to expand the "Port" column. Do not click on any of the entries.

    4. Select the "General" tab.
    5. Click the "Print test page" button.
    6. Does a test page print?
      • If a test page does not print and you get an error message, what is the complete text of the error message?
      • Close the "Printer properties" dialog by clicking "Cancel" if it didn't close automatically
    7. Right-click on the icon again and select "See what's printing"
      • Is the window empty or is a print job showing?
      • If there is a print job in the window, what is its "Status"?
      • If there is a print job in the window, select the "Printer" menu and then click "Cancel all documents"
        • Did all the print jobs go away?
      • Close the "what's printing" window

Repeat steps 1 - 7 for each icon for your Canon Pixma MG53xx

    Problem printing multiple copies

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand that you are unable to print multiple copies using your Brother MFC-LW8900CDW printer, we will look into this for you.

I would suggest you to try steps mentioned in When
printing multiple copies or a multi-page document, only a single copy or page is printed - Windows
    and see if that helps.

If the issue persists, you can try to restart Print Spooler service. Refer the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows key
+ R, to open Run dialog box.
    2. Type services.msc and click on
      OK
      .
    3. Scroll down, look for Print Spooler, right click on it and select
      Properties.
    4. Select Automatic from the drop down for
      Startup type.
    5. Click on Start to start the service and click on
      OK.
