    Multiple payments taken and duplicate orders created for the same product and charged....


    I was upgrading microsoft to Windows Pro 11 on my home PC and purchased the upgrade, but the payment page was unresponsive after paying, so had to click twice more to repeat the flow and in the process, it created 3 duplicate orders for the same product and took the payment thrice of 111$ each. I want a refund on the other two ones as I have only one product and can only use it once. Please help. Thanks,Nisha

    One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:
