Windows 10: Multiple software malfunction

Hello! At first my Teams appliciation didn't start. After reading an article on this page I deleted files, from microsoft teams cache. After the deletion, Teams didn't load, more over multiple other softwares got injured, meaning, that my spotify, python, office, are amongst the applications, that do not start. I tried to uninstall them, but failed on each and every one of them. What can be the source of the problem?What I now, is that each of the not working files has an .exe file with 0 kB size. Also if I open win start, there is a line under these applications, if I click on them, which are

Is there a software that can keep your pc clean, fix it etc

There is no single software application that can perform all of the desired steps.

There are multiple software that can perform steps but the unexpected can always happen.

These are some suggested software:

1) Run the Dell software to update drivers, software, and BIOS
2) Run the Dell diagnostics to check hardware
3) Run Ccleaner to clean (modify the boxes to specify what is and is not cleaned)
Use the software to clean windows and applications.
Don't use the tool to clean the registry.
4) Make a backup image in case there are unexpected problems

 

KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED BSOD after reinstalling windows 10

Seeing multiple drivers in the raw stack is relatively common. So far in this thread nvlddmkm.sys was seen in the raw stack in three different crashes. I'm anticipating malfunctioning hardware but following the DPS for now. Post #4 step #5 was supposed to be performed before step #6. If there are new debugging findings, safe mode crashes, test result findings / failures, etc. then will move in that direction.
