Windows 10: Multiple staff Mouse Cursor Losing Focus / Keyboard Dropping while typing

Issue: For months, many in our staff have been dealing with a problem described as: Where, and When, we are typing- the keyboard drops / mouse cursor loses focus, and we have to actually click back into where the area we are typing in. Yaaaarrg groan ! : For example, I am typing this question right now and when this problem occurs. I might continue to type this sentence, but only to realize that the keyboard dropped out / the mouse cursor lost focus- and have to 'go back in' and click in the middle of the word or something and type most everything again. Losing focus

Hello,

I have an annoying bug that i could not find an answer for. When i click on de navigation bar in the explorer, First it turns blue what is normal but then it loses his focus somehow. When I open notepad and click inside, the focus switches on and off. When i click on the power off button to select restart, shutdown or sleep, it loses focus on this to so it looks like i pressed esc.
An other example: when i press 'windows+r' and start typing my focus jumps away and i need to click the textbox again to finish typing.

Things i tried:
unplugging keyboard, mouse.
When I start windows in safe mode the problem is not there.
installing updates

winver: version: 1809 build: 17763.504

I found the service causing the problem, it's called 'cloudcaputereservice' & 'cloudcapture'
When i kill those 2 processes the bug stops but it keeps returning when i restart my pc.

 

Losing Mouse / Cursor Focus - Windows 10

Windows 10, 64bit Dell Laptop

A month ago I gave in and did the Windows Fall Creator update. I immediately noticed an issue with my mouse / cursor losing focus like every 10 seconds. As I design If I left click and drag and it would lose connection and I would lose the selection. Frustrating!

I read many others had this issue and rolled back to a restore point before Fall Creator update to solve the issue. So I did do that and it did work. But all the sudden it has started again. Perhaps Windows ran an update that brought the problem back, although
I have my updates set to manual.

Reading there are many people with this issue. It's not their mouse, reinstalling windows doesn't fix it for them.

So what do I do? Just suffer with the issue? Any hacks or solutions?
