Windows 10: multiple thing installed many many times , consuming my whole storage

as you can see in the attached snip , idk why is this installed more than once not only this also microsoft c++ is also installed more than 5 times can someone explain me this or just guide me to get rid of not required things like this

how can i avoid internal storage consuming at my windows phone 8 ?

while the system itself consumes it by dummy 'system' and 'other' capacities

and now i cant even install an apps during i only had 500 MB left at my phone internal storage

i didn't face issue like this before i honestly regretful that i good riddance of my galaxy SIII when its screen brook

by the way i had a long list of windows phone 8 foals if there is anybody interest i can type

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
