Windows 10: Multiple touch screen displays issue

Hi, I have recently purchased some cheap amazon 1080 touchscreen portable monitors. Going with a cheap option is important as they are in a harsh environment. Connecting one display hdmi and a usb c Works perfectly, The touchscreen works and perfect image, in device manager under hid devices it shows up as touchscreen and under displays the display portion shows up fine. All of this works perfectly. However when I connect a second display, the display shows up fine, even correct in device manager, BUT the touchscreen portion does not work. Its plugged into a different port, not in a hub a

Multiple display resizing

I would suggest you some steps which you can try resolving this issue.

Follow these steps to update graphics drivers.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
  
  
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
  
  
• Right click on the graphics driver and select Update driver software.

Uninstall and Reinstall the graphics card drivers and check.

Note: If you are using the multiple monitors to extend the display then please make sure the resolution of both the monitors are set equally same so that there is no issues with the size or any program or an app.

Touch Screen Issues

Method 1:

I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Press “Windows key + W”.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
• Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
• Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
• Follow the On Screen instructions.

Method 2:
Un-install and re-install latest touch pad drivers from the manufacturer’s website and see if that helps:

Follow these steps:

• Press “Windows Key + W” from the keyboard.
• Type “device Manager” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
• Right click on the touchpad drivers and select
  “Uninstall”.
• Restart the computer once it is uninstalled.

Method 1: Check if the touch screen driver is enabled.

• In the Search bar, type Device Manager.
• Locate Human Interface Devices and look for touch screen.
  
• Right-click touch screen and check if it is enabled. If not, please enable it.

Method 2: Reinstall the touch screen driver.

• In Device Manager, go to Human Interface Devices.
• Locate touch screen again and right-click it to Uninstall
  the driver.
• Restart your PC to automatically install the driver.
