    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Multiple Screens not working upon latest Windows 10 Update

    Hi,

    To help solve the issue regarding multiple screens, we suggest the following steps:

    Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows + S.
    • Search for Troubleshooting. click the result Troubleshooting.
    • Select View All on the left panel.
    • Click Advanced then Run as Administrator.
    • Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
    Method 2: Update drivers from manufacturer's website.

    This is to ensure that installed update will be compatible to your device.
