Windows 10: Multiple win 11 pro errors , Newish pc can't do anything hardly , cant log out...

I wanted user accounts to be local only. I dont want onedrive/cloud/office 365/ etc... Years ago I bought microsoft office but I no longer use it. Errors and uanble ... I never got use for what I paid on that for sure. Now m main win 11 account is messing up. I have tried all the fixes like, restarting explorer in task manager/ sfc/scannow,dism/chk dsc/bat file script etc.Now I have made extra local admin accounts and they dont seem affected by this settings error.. It is so much to transfer and with errors im afraid it could all just crash all together sooner than later. There a

Updating Win 11 to pro from a disabled PC

It was bought separately as Win 7 and then updated to 10. If I go back to Win 10 OEM, could I update that to pro and then upgrade to Win 11? They are both listed in my Microsoft account.

Multiple Boot Managers and/or active partitions error

I don't know what you did to fix previously but with the commands above should rebuild the the partition unless the partition itself is corrupted preventing you to run those commands.
Let's try another way:

1. Download the Macrium Rescue disk: MacRescue.iso - Google Drive
2. Using a USB stick to create a bootable USB with: Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
3. Boot up the PC with UEFI Mode and follow the screen shots to rebuild the EFI System partition.
   NOTE: The title must show: ..... Win PE 10 [UEFI] for step 3 to work since your Windows installed with GPT disk.

IMPORTANT: make sure you use the correct disk in step 2, in your case is disk 1
